How to protect your Dolix wallet: security tips

Basic rules

  • Set a PIN and, if your device supports it, turn on Face ID or fingerprint.
  • Link and confirm your email, and keep your recovery key offline.
  • Never share your recovery key, PIN, email codes, 3-D Secure codes, card number or CVV. Dolix staff don't ask for them.
  • Copy the withdrawal address from the recipient, not from your transfer history: scammers send tiny transfers from look-alike addresses.
  • Before withdrawing, check the network and the first and last characters of the address.

Sign-in notifications

When the wallet is opened on a new device, you get a sign-in notification. If it was you, tap Yes, it was me. If not, tap No, it wasn't me: the other access is closed, withdrawals stop and the recovery key is replaced. Then open the wallet where you signed in before and save the new key — withdrawals reopen after that.

Where the wallet is open

Profile has a Where the wallet is open section listing Telegram and the devices where the wallet is open. Remove an extra device with Disconnect — it can't open the wallet again without a new sign-in with email and key.

If you've lost access to all your devices and can't sign in with your key, contact support.
