Which coins and networks are supported?
33 coins on four networks: USDT — on TRC20, BEP20, ERC20 and TON; ETH, USDC, LINK, UNI, AAVE and 2 more — on BEP20 and ERC20; BTC, BNB, SOL, XRP, DOGE and 7 more — on BEP20; Gram — on TON; ENA, ONDO, QNT, SKY, LDO and 7 more — on ERC20. Any coin can be swapped for another at the current rate.
How do I fund my account?
Tap Deposit, choose a coin and network, and send coins to the address shown. You can also buy USDT via SBP or on P2P.
Can I use it without Telegram?
Yes. Open exchange.dolix.io and sign in with your email and recovery key. Your balance and history are the same as in Telegram.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Swaps, deposits and withdrawals work without it. Verification is required to top up via SBP and to buy on P2P, and it also lifts the daily limits on withdrawals and fiat trades.
Who holds the coins?
The exchange: deposit addresses and their keys are held by the service, as on any centralized exchange. There's no seed phrase to write down.
What are the fees?
The fee is shown in the operation window before you confirm: in swaps, withdrawals, P2P trades and card top-ups.
How do I sell on P2P at my own price?
Apply in the P2P section to become a maker or merchant: identity verification and a USDT security deposit are required. Once approved, post your own ads.
