Dolix Extension Terms of Use
This document governs the use of the Dolix (formerly RiskScan) browser extension. It supplements the general Dolix Terms of Use: anything not specifically described here is governed by the Terms of Use. In case of conflict in matters concerning the extension, this document prevails. In case of conflict between language versions, the Russian version prevails. By installing and using the extension you accept these Terms; if you do not agree with them, remove the extension.
1What the Extension Is
The Dolix extension is an add-on to the Bybit exchange website that shows reference information about a counterparty next to their nickname: status in the community complaint database, reviews, deal statistics, the result of an automatic check of a PDF receipt from the order chat, and information about matches with other accounts. The extension does not make deals, does not manage your exchange account, does not transfer funds and does not give instructions about them.
2Informational Nature of Results
Everything the extension shows is reference information. It is not financial, legal, investment or other professional advice and is not a basis for making decisions. You make the decision on a deal and bear responsibility for it.
The information comes from user reports, public sources and data collected by the service. The service does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or currency and does not verify every report. The absence of records about a person does not mean that they act in good faith; the presence of a record is not an established fact of wrongdoing and is not a statement that a crime has been committed.
3What the Labels Mean
"Blacklisted" — there is a record about the person in the service's complaint database matching a direct identifier (account ID, profile link, payment detail).
"Reported" — an indirect link to database records was found: a match by nickname, phone number, payment detail or Telegram tag. An indirect link is weaker than a direct one and may be explained by coincidence.
"No reports" — no records were found for the attributes checked. This is a statement that there are no records in our database, not a statement about the person's good faith.
Grey label ("Checking…", "No data", "Key needed", "Limit reached") — the state of the connection to the service. It does NOT mean "clean".
The "Linked accounts" section reports the fact of a match of a name verified by the exchange or of a payment recipient's account. This is not a statement that the accounts belong to the same person: possible explanations include people with identical full names, a shared account of relatives, rented payment details and the cash account of an exchange office.
4Reviews and Blacklist Requests
4.1 A review and a blacklist request are published on your behalf and show your exchange nickname. You are the author of the message and are responsible for its content.
4.2 Some messages are published automatically, without prior review by an operator. This is done for speed, not as confirmation of accuracy: the service does not verify a message before publication and does not confirm the information stated in it.
4.3 It is prohibited to publish knowingly false information, insults, threats, or personal data of third parties beyond what is necessary to describe the incident. It is prohibited to use the extension and its results for harassment, blackmail, extortion, defamation and public accusations.
4.4 The service may, without notice, delete a message or restrict or terminate access upon violation of this Section, as well as upon signs of mass or unreliable publications.
4.5 A daily limit on the number of blacklist requests per user applies.
5Disputing a Record About You
If there is a record about you in the database, contact support via the Telegram bot. We will consider the request within a reasonable time and, if the inaccuracy is confirmed, correct or delete the record. The service may request proof of identity and substantiation, and may retain the record in whole or in part, including in masked form, where its retention is justified by the legitimate interest of protecting users from fraud. The procedure and rights are described in more detail in Section 9 of the general Privacy Policy.
6Relationship with the Exchange and Platform Rules
The service is not affiliated with Bybit, is not its partner, agent or authorised representative and does not act on its behalf. Trademarks and designations belong to their respective owners and are used solely to indicate compatibility.
You are solely responsible for complying with the platform's rules when using the extension, including rules on automated access and on the use of third-party software. The service does not guarantee that the use of the extension is compatible with the platform's rules in your case and is not responsible for measures taken by the platform in respect of your account.
7Access, Key and Devices
7.1 Access is activated with a key issued in the Dolix Telegram bot. The key is personal: transferring it to third parties is prohibited.
7.2 The key works in a limited number of browsers at the same time. Extra devices are disconnected in the bot.
7.3 Access modes and their conditions are determined by the service and may change. The service gives advance notice of changes to the conditions of paid access; the procedure for payment, refunds and suspension is described in the "Paid Services" document.
7.4 The service may restrict or terminate access upon violation of these Terms, upon signs of automated abuse, or upon actions that threaten the operability of the service.
8Shared Deal Statistics
The extension sends the outcomes of your deals to build shared counterparty statistics (the composition of the data is set out in Section 6 of the Extension Privacy Policy). Sending is an integral part of how the extension works: it takes place while the extension is enabled and an access key is set in it; there is no separate setting to turn it off. To stop sending, disable or remove the extension or delete the key from its settings. By using the extension, you confirm that you are entitled to transfer this data and grant the service the right to use it in aggregated form.
9Availability and Changes
The extension is provided "as is" and "as available". The service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: the platform may change its interface or responses at any time, after which some features will stop working until the extension is updated. The service may change the set of features, suspend individual features and discontinue support for the extension.
10Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for lost profit, indirect and consequential damages, or for losses arising from your decisions made using the extension's reference information, from the actions of counterparties, from actions or inaction of the platform, or from failures of its infrastructure.
The limitations in this Section do not apply in cases of wilful misconduct, or to the extent that limitation of liability is not permitted by the law applicable to you. The service's aggregate liability to a user is limited to the amount actually paid by that user for access to the extension in the three months preceding the event; for free access, no financial liability arises beyond the obligation to remedy the violation.
11Changes to the Terms
We notify you of changes in the extension or the bot, stating the edition date; continued use means agreement with the updated edition. If you do not agree, remove the extension. This edition supersedes all previous editions of the extension terms of use.
12Relationship with Other Documents
The relations between the parties are governed by the general Dolix Terms of Use, including the provisions on disclaimer of warranties, force majeure and dispute resolution, the Dolix Privacy Policy and the Extension Privacy Policy. The invalidity of any individual provision does not affect the rest.
