Dolix Terms of Paid Services and Subscriptions
This document (the "Terms of Paid Services and Subscriptions") sets out the procedure for providing and paying for the paid features of the Dolix (formerly RiskScan) ecosystem and forms an integral part of the Dolix Terms of Use. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Use. By paying for or using any paid feature, you accept this document.
1General Provisions
Paid features are features of the service to which access is provided for a separate fee, charged against internal units of account (tokens, credits, check packages) or under a subscription. The list of paid features, prices, plans and the token cost of features are published in the interface of the bot, the app or the API before payment; this document does not state specific prices, and they may change in the manner set out in Chapter 10. The service is not a bank, broker, payment system or issuer of electronic money.
Paid features are provided "as is" and "as available". Payment removes quantitative limits but creates no warranties of uninterrupted operation, processing speed, service level (SLA), or accuracy or completeness of results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service's aggregate liability in connection with a paid feature, on any grounds, is limited to the amount you actually paid for that feature in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (for a one-off service — its price).
2Paid Features of the Bot
Basic checks — AMLSCAN (addresses), PDFSCAN and "Counterparty Check" — are available within free daily limits; a subscription removes the standard daily limits of the respective checks for its duration. The size of the limits is set by the service and shown in the bot. The service may apply technical request-rate limits and fair-use measures to protect its infrastructure; automated access is allowed only through the official API.
AMLSCAN checks by TXID are paid for with credits, which are sold in packages of fixed size. Re-viewing a previously issued result is free; a repeat check against updated data (a new version of the assessment) is charged as a new check. For users who have not purchased a package, a minimum interval between checks may apply; once any package is purchased, the interval no longer applies.
Paying for a check, a subscription or API access does not change the informational and probabilistic nature of the results (Section 3 of the Terms of Use) and creates no warranties of their accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose; decisions based on the results are yours alone and at your own risk.
3API Access
API access is provided under a personal key and is paid for with tokens. Pricing plans (a monthly token allowance and request-rate limits) and one-off additional token packages are available. A pricing plan is valid for the paid period stated at purchase and does not renew automatically. The token cost of each API feature is published in the catalogue; re-issuing a previously computed result may be charged at a reduced rate. If tokens are insufficient, the request is rejected (code 402); unavailable or disabled features are not executed; if billing is unavailable, the request is not served and no tokens are deducted.
4Tokens and Credits
Tokens, credits and check packages are internal units of account intended solely for paying for features of the service. They are not money, electronic money, a deposit, a savings deposit, a security or any other financial instrument; no interest or other income accrues on them; transfer to third parties and exchange back into money or crypto assets are not provided for. Tokens are spent in the following order: trial tokens, then the plan's monthly allowance, then purchased packages.
4.1 Trial tokens — valid for the period set by the service and visible in the interface; they then expire.
4.2 The monthly allowance of a pricing plan — valid within the calendar month (UTC); any remainder expires.
4.3 Purchased packages and credits — valid for at least 12 months from purchase; the period is shown at purchase.
Balances of internal units of account terminate together with the account (Chapter 13). The service may cancel balances on accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, giving the user at least 30 days' notice.
5Dolix Wallet, Exchange, P2P and Card Fees
For withdrawals, a service fee is charged once per withdrawal, and the withdrawal reaches the recipient as a single transfer. The fee depends on the coin and network and is shown before confirmation; on the Ethereum network, when gas is expensive, it may be higher than usual, in line with the current gas cost. Blockchain network fees are included in this fee and are not charged separately. Minimum operation amounts apply.
Exchange deals are subject to a percentage service fee with a fixed minimum; the rate is locked when the deal is created for a limited period, after which an unpaid deal expires. In the event of a manifest technical error in a quote (a price-source failure, an obviously off-market rate), the service may cancel the deal before its execution with a full refund of what was received from the user; such cancellation is not a breach of the terms of the deal.
The fee for a P2P deal is paid by the buyer of the asset; it is withheld from the deal amount upon its execution. Posting ads may require collateral, the terms of which are shown in the interface.
Virtual cards are issued by a third-party issuer; the cost of issuance and top-up includes the issuer's fee and the service fee. In all other respects, cards are governed by Sections 6 and 9 of the Terms of Use and the separate "Card Terms of Use". Current fees and limits are shown in the interface before you confirm an operation.
6Payment Procedure
All paid features are paid for in advance. Payment methods: a charge to the USDT balance of Dolix Wallet (confirmed with a PIN) or a cryptocurrency transfer to a dedicated address; the list of supported coins and networks is shown at checkout. The price and its cryptocurrency equivalent are locked when the order is created; the payment address is reserved for a limited time, and an unpaid order is cancelled automatically without any charge to the balance. A service is deemed provided: for a check — upon issuance of the result; for tokens, credits and packages — upon crediting; for a subscription and API access — upon activation. Crediting under a paid order is made once; repeat crediting under the same order is excluded.
Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible; you are responsible for the correctness of the address, network, coin and amount of the transfer. Where a payment arrives at a reserved address shortly after the reservation period has expired, the service attempts to match it to the order automatically within an additional technical window. A payment that arrives later, or in a coin, network or amount that does not match the order, is neither executed nor returned automatically — contact support for manual review. Based on the outcome of the review, the service, at its discretion, executes the order, credits the funds received to the wallet balance less applicable fees or, where receipt of the funds is technically impossible, does not compensate them.
7Renewal and Expiry
There are no automatic charges or auto-renewals in the service: every purchase is one-off, and renewal occurs only through your explicit action. The service may send a subscription-expiry reminder; failure to send or to receive a reminder does not extend the subscription and is not a basis for claims — you monitor its validity period in the interface yourself. Upon expiry, access automatically reverts to the free limits and no debt arises. If a subscription is purchased before the current one expires, the new period is added to its end date.
The monthly token allowance is re-credited at the start of each calendar month (UTC) falling within the paid validity period of the pricing plan; once the paid period ends, re-crediting stops. Unused allowance does not carry over to the next period. If a plan is activated during a calendar month, the monthly allowance for that month is credited in full and is valid until the end of that month (UTC).
A subscription may be purchased as a gift: it is delivered to the recipient via a one-time activation link. Payment for a gift subscription is governed by the rules of Chapter 9, including where the link was not activated by the recipient.
8Trial and Free Limits
Trial accruals (trial tokens, free TXID checks, a trial subscription) and free daily check limits are provided at the service's discretion, are not an obligation of the service and may be changed or cancelled. Creating multiple accounts, gaming the referral program and other abuse of free limits entail cancellation of accruals and the measures provided for in the Terms of Use. The terms of the referral program, including the amount of the reward and the procedure for its payment, are published in the bot; in the event of gaming or other abuse, referral accruals are cancelled.
9Refunds
Paid features are digital services provided immediately after payment. By paying for a paid feature, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service before the expiry of any contract-withdrawal period and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully provided (the result issued, the units credited, the access activated), you lose the right to withdraw with a refund — to the extent such a right is provided by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no refund is made for a service that has been provided (a completed check, credited tokens and credits, an activated subscription or access), including for any unused remainder. Where mandatory rules provide for a refund for the unperformed part of a service, the refund is made to the extent required by such rules, less the value of what was actually used.
If a check is not performed due to a failure on the service's side (except where caused by the actions or unavailability of third parties, external data sources or blockchain networks, or by force majeure), the deducted tokens or credits are restored — as a rule automatically, and, where the automatic refund does not trigger, upon contacting support. Restored tokens do not expire with time and are counted as part of purchased packages (clause 4.3). Restoration of the deducted units is the sole and exclusive remedy in connection with an unperformed check.
In other cases where a paid service is not provided through the service's fault, contact support: once the non-provision is confirmed, the service will, at its choice, restore the accrual or refund the payment by the method in which it was made or by crediting the wallet balance; the review period is, as a rule, up to 30 days.
If the issuer declines a card issuance or top-up, the funds are returned to the wallet balance automatically — in the amount actually received from the issuer, less any non-refundable issuer fees, where applicable. If the outcome of an operation could not be established (for example, due to a communication failure with the issuer), the operation is moved to manual review; the funds are returned, or the operation is completed, based on the outcome of that review.
10Changes to Prices, Plans and the Set of Features
The service may change prices, pricing plans, the token cost of features, the size of limits and the set of paid features. Changes apply prospectively and are not applied retroactively: subscriptions and one-off orders already paid for are performed at the price and on the terms in effect at payment, except in the event of discontinuation of a paid feature (Chapter 13). However, the token cost of features is not locked when tokens or packages are purchased: each request is charged at the catalogue cost in effect at the time the request is executed.
11Taxes
Prices do not include taxes that may be due from you. The general provisions on the user's responsibility for taxes are set out in Section 1 of the Terms of Use.
12API Key and Fair Use
The API key is governed by the provisions of Section 10 of the Terms of Use. One key is active at a time; upon rotation, the previous key is disabled immediately and the token balance is preserved. Request-rate limits (per minute and per day) apply under the pricing plan; the service may apply a daily cap on token spending. Transferring, selling or reselling the key or access, granting access to third parties, and reselling results as your own service without the service's written consent are prohibited.
The service may suspend or disable the API key and access to paid features upon signs of key compromise, abuse, or violation of this document, the Terms of Use or requirements of applicable law — for the duration of the review and without compensation for the suspension period. The service may refuse to sell a paid feature before its activation, refunding the payment received.
13Termination
If an account is blocked for violation of the Terms of Use, remaining tokens, credits and packages and the unexpired subscription period are not compensated — to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; the service may, but is not obliged to, return the balance less the losses and costs caused to the service, and, where mandatory rules require a refund, the refund is made to the extent they require.
Discontinuation of a paid feature at the service's initiative is a special exception to Chapter 10: the service provides a reasonable period (at least 30 days) to use remaining balances or, at its discretion, compensation in internal units of account or by extending another feature of comparable value. Such compensation is the sole and exclusive remedy; no monetary payment is made, except where required by mandatory rules.
If the account is terminated on other grounds provided for in Section 16 of the Terms of Use (including termination at the user's initiative), the service provides a reasonable period to use remaining balances, unless applicable law requires otherwise; after that period, the balances terminate without compensation.
14Final Provisions
The service may amend this document in the manner provided by the Terms of Use, indicating the edition date; continued payment for, or use of, paid features after the changes take effect means agreement. In matters not governed by this document, the Terms of Use apply, including the provisions on limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution; in the event of conflict with respect to paid features, this document prevails. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Russian version prevails (Section 19 of the Terms of Use). Contacts: the Dolix Telegram bot and the in-app support button.
