Frequently asked questions
Which order types are available?
Market and limit. Open limit orders and your trade history are in the terminal. There is no margin trading, no futures and no stop orders.
Which pairs can I trade?
Coins against USDT and USDC. Find a pair by typing: “btc”, “btcusdc” or “btc/usdc”.
Can I buy stocks?
You can buy stock, index and gold tokens on the Stocks tab. A stock token is one share; XAUT is one troy ounce of gold. Stock and index tokens are for trading only: they can't be deposited or withdrawn.
What's the fee?
The fee is charged in USDT or USDC and depends on your tier — from Basic to Diamond, by trading volume. The current rate is shown in the app before the trade.
