What we look at
152 forgery signals. Any one of 22 red flags is enough to call a receipt fake.
- File metadata
- What created and modified the PDF, and when: traces of editors, converters and screenshots.
- Fonts and sizes
- Whether fonts and text size match the bank's template, including on the amount.
- File generator
- Genuine receipts are generated by the bank; fakes are often put together in ordinary editors.
- Layout geometry
- Position and alignment of blocks relative to the bank's template.
- QR and payment details
- The QR code contents and the payment details inside the file.
- Known fakes database
- The file is compared with previously caught forgeries.

Send the PDF to POST /v1/receipts/check. The bot issues the key, and the token price is listed in the docs. Personal data from the receipt is returned only with include_pii=1.
