A withdrawal usually goes out within a few minutes. If it's delayed, the reason is shown in the withdrawal window or under Activity.
Withdrawals open later
- A sign-in from a new device without a PIN — withdrawals open at the time shown. With a PIN you won't have to wait next time.
- The wallet's security was changed recently — the email, PIN or recovery key. Withdrawals are paused for 1 hour in case it wasn't you.
- You tapped No, it wasn't me in a sign-in notification. Withdrawals are frozen until you save the new recovery key.
Recipient address check
Before sending, the app checks the recipient address. If the check finds a risk, the app warns you and recommends another address, and in some cases withdrawals to that address are unavailable. Some withdrawals are reviewed by a staff member before sending — the window then shows Needs manual review, and the amount stays reserved until a decision.
Network limit
If the withdrawal window shows Now in this network — up to…, choose another network or lower the amount. Your balance is safe.
If a withdrawal stays Queued or Processing for a long time, shows Failed, or withdrawals are paused, contact support and include the operation number.
