What verification unlocks
- Ruble top-ups via SBP.
- Buying and selling in Exchange.
- Buying on P2P and applying for the maker and merchant roles.
- Issuing a virtual Visa card.
- Higher withdrawal limits.
- Accepting payments with Dolix Pay.
Application statuses
- Not started — no application has been sent.
- Pending — the application is under review; the app lets you know when it's done.
- Approved — your identity is confirmed.
- Rejected — the reason is shown in Profile.
If your application was rejected
Read the reason in Profile, then prepare a new photo or correct your details. You can apply again after 24 hours with Resubmit verification. If you disagree with the decision, contact support.
