Identity verification (KYC) confirms that it's you using the wallet. It happens in the app and takes a few minutes: a document photo, a details check and a short face check.
What you need
- A passport, ID card or driver license.
- A device with a camera for the face check.
- You must be 18 or older.
How to verify
- Open Profile and tap Start verification.
- Upload a photo of the document page with your photo: the whole page in frame, no glare or shadows. JPEG, PNG or WEBP up to 6 MB.
- Check the details the app read from the document and fill in anything it couldn't read.
- Take the face check: turn your head as prompted, about 15 seconds. The video is not saved.
- Tap Submit — the application gets the pending status.
Upload a photo of the document itself, not a selfie. If the document can't be read, retake the photo in good light.
When the review is done, the status updates in Profile and the bot sends you a message in Telegram.
