On the website you sign in with your wallet email and recovery key. Sign in with the email and key of your Telegram wallet, and you get the same balance and history.
How to sign in
- Open the Dolix website and choose Sign in.
- Enter your wallet email and recovery key — 12 characters.
- Tap Continue and enter the code from the email.
- Tap Sign in.
If you have only used the wallet in Telegram
- Open the wallet in Telegram: Profile → Security.
- Under Recovery email, link your email and confirm it with the code from the message.
- Open Recovery Key and confirm with the emailed code — the app shows the key.
- Use this email and key to sign in on the website.
No email? Check the Spam folder. The code only comes when the email and key belong to the same wallet.
A sign-in on the website lasts 48 hours; after that, sign in again. If you sign in from a new device without a PIN, withdrawals won't open right away — the time is shown in the app. With a PIN you won't have to wait.
