The card can be topped up only from your wallet balance in USDT or USDC. It can't be topped up by card number or at an ATM.
- On the Wallet screen, open your card.
- Tap Top up and enter the amount for the card. The fee and the total charge are shown before you confirm.
- Confirm with your PIN or Face ID.
Freezing
Freeze pauses purchases and charges, and the money stays on the card. You can unfreeze the card at any time with Unfreeze.
Why a payment was declined
- The card didn't have enough money. After such an attempt the card may freeze automatically — top it up, and it turns back on once the funds land.
- The purchase is in a prohibited category — such payments are declined.
- The card was frozen by support — only support can unfreeze it.
The card number, expiry date and CVV open under Details after you confirm with your PIN. Never share them with anyone.
If your card offers cashback, it arrives in USDT on your wallet balance after the purchase.
