On P2P you buy and sell coins directly with other people for rubles and other currencies. The seller's coins are held from the start of the deal and go to the buyer only after the payment is confirmed.
How to buy
- Open the P2P tab → Market → Buy. Choose the coin, currency and payment method.
- Pick an ad: look at the price, limits, payment window, the seller's number of deals and completion rate.
- Enter the amount and tap Buy. The deal waits for the seller to accept it — Awaiting acceptance.
- Once accepted, the Pay within countdown starts. Send the money to the details in the deal.
- Attach the receipt in the deal chat — a photo or PDF — and tap I have paid.
- The seller checks the payment and taps Release. The coins arrive on your balance and the deal becomes Completed.
Deal protection
- A receipt in the chat is checked automatically: Verified or Suspicious receipt appears next to it.
- The deal shows whether the counterparty is on the Dolix blacklist.
- If the seller doesn't release the coins, open a dispute — the coins stay frozen until support decides.
The ad sets the payment window: from 15 minutes to 12 hours. If you don't pay in time, the deal is cancelled. Don't tap I have paid until the money has been sent.
Buying on P2P requires identity verification. Ads are visible without signing in. For cash deals there is CashZone, with the meeting place on a map.
